SARA stands for Spanplatte Aus Recyceltem Altholz, or chipboard made from recycled waste wood. Supplier WINI is the first to offer chipboard made from 100% recycled waste wood in its range of tables and cabinets. With this innovation, WINI is taking another step towards the production of sustainable office furniture.
SARA wood is PEFC and FSC certified, SARA board is vegan (glued without animal-based adhesives), and less water is used in its production than in conventional chipboard.
