Working in 2022: the new way of working
We want to help organizations and companies adapt their current office environment to the new way of working. This means taking into account working from home, flexible working, and activity-based workplaces. To this end, we have radically renovated our own showroom, offices, and canteen into a modern, transparent working showroom that incorporates all these new interior concepts. Our project advisors and interior designers are ready to advise you on this.

Internal dynamics to continuously promote innovation
Companies and organizations are also increasingly aware that an optimal office environment contributes to higher employee satisfaction, lower absenteeism, greater productivity, and helps attract new employees. In recent years, Wout Monseurs has invested in attracting young talent, which, together with the wealth of knowledge and experience already present, has created a new dynamic.
Sustainability first
Our main suppliers have been selected based on sustainability and cradle-to-cradle principles. This means that the products can be reused as much as possible, resulting in less waste. In addition, we have equipped our own premises with LED lighting and modified the climate control system. We are currently investing in solar panels so that we can meet as much of our own energy needs as possible. Our vehicle fleet is gradually being transformed to reduce CO2 emissions.
