1. Introductory meeting
The project design process always begins with an introductory meeting with our client, on site. This allows us to get a feel for the project right away. What type of company are we dealing with? What do the current spaces look like? And what are the client's wishes?
We discuss all requirements and wishes and view the rooms, which are measured immediately. Following the introductory meeting, we can explain the options and tell you more about the different brands we carry.
2. Space study
Based on the initial input and guidance, we will start working on an essential part of the project design: the space study. The space study is developed by us and includes color and material options and various products. Once the space study has been developed, we will discuss it with our customer in the showroom so that examples can be viewed immediately.
For larger projects, Wout Monseurs can also further develop the space study in 3D, making it even easier to visualize the end result.
3. Project design: quotation
Once the space study has been approved, Wout Monseurs will draw up a quote for the further project design work. For larger projects, we will go through the quote with the customer in person.
4. Order confirmation and delivery
Is the quote approved? Then the customer will receive an order confirmation for review. This will immediately indicate the expected delivery week. When moving in, our customer will receive information about the specific delivery day shortly before delivery.
On the delivery date, everything will be delivered, assembled, and installed exactly as expected. For larger projects, a representative from Wout Monseurs will be present on site on the delivery date to ensure that everything runs smoothly. He or she will also be the point of contact on that day. This way, we ensure that the project runs exactly as expected from start to finish!
