    Want to be sure of a flexible workspace when you go to the office? Reserve a desk using the app on your mobile phone or the software on your computer and avoid disappointment.
    You can immediately see which workspaces are available, which are occupied/reserved, and even which desks need to be cleaned.

    Reserve a desk with the tag

    You can reserve a desk on location with your personal "tag." For convenience, you can attach this tag to your key ring so that you always have it with you. It also stores personal data, such as your preferred height for an electric sit-stand desk. As soon as you log in with your tag, the desk is automatically adjusted to the correct height.
