How can I place an order?

You can place an order 24 hours a day via our webshop.
In addition, you can visit our showroom every working day from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to receive personal assistance from one of our colleagues. You can also place your order by telephone every working day between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Or you can send an email to receptie@woutmonseurs.nl.

How can I pay?

We offer you various payment options:


  • Upon completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation containing all payment details. Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order.
  • iDeal
    With iDeal, you can pay directly via your bank's online banking system. The advantage of this is that you receive immediate confirmation of your payment and we can deliver your order faster. iDeal payments are processed via the secure MultiSafepay website.

  • It is also possible to order on invoice. If you place an order on invoice, one of our employees will check your credit status. If your credit status is approved, you will receive a confirmation from us and we will proceed with the delivery of your order.

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return a product, you can register it using the Returns form, which can be found on your Account page. On the right-hand side of the page, there is a "Returns"button, where you can fill in a form to notify us of the return.

I can no longer log in to the online store. What should I do?

Your account may be inactive or you may not be using the correct login details. First, check that you are entering your login name and password correctly. Pay particular attention to the use of upper and lower case letters, as these are checked in the password. If you are still unable to log in, you can click on the Forgot your password link. On this page, you can enter your email address, after which a new password will be generated automatically. This will be sent to your email address, if we have it on file. If you are still unable to log in, please contact our customer service department. Our customer service team can then help you create a new password, reactivate your account, or create a completely new account if necessary.

Can I choose a different delivery address?

We will ship your order within the Netherlands to the address of your choice. During the ordering process, you can indicate which alternative delivery address should be used.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed before 4 p.m. will be delivered to you within two business days. Orders are delivered every business day during normal office hours. If your opening hours differ from normal office hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), if you need your order urgently, or if you have other special requests, please contact our customer service department.

What should I do if I have a complaint about an order?

We handle your order with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about an order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will then provide a suitable solution. You can also fill in the complaint form on your Account page, which you will find on the right-hand side of the Account page.

What are the opening hours?

Our premises in Breda are open every working day from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The online store is open 24 hours a day.
If you have any questions for our customer service department, you can contact them on working days from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. They are available to answer all your questions about our products & services and about the online store.

What are the shipping costs?

If your order amount exceeds €50, we will not charge shipping costs. For orders under €50, we charge €3.50 shipping costs.
