Printer maintenance in Europe
We have been supplying printers and multifunctional devices to customers operating in Europe for over 15 years. We centrally manage printer maintenance and repairs. Our customers include transport companies, salvage companies, and river cruise ships. A good example of this is Crystal River Cruises.
We therefore offer the total package: sales and rental as well as on-site maintenance and repairs.
Flexible printing service for shipping
This service is particularly valuable for river cruise ships, of which we now manage around 50. Because these are "floating locations" with a variable itinerary, arranging service for them is very difficult.
We have solved this problem for them at the European level. Based on the sailing schedules provided to us, we schedule service and maintenance at the first suitable stop. This ensures that repairs are carried out as quickly as possible, which in turn ensures continuity in printing and scanning and results in a high degree of efficiency.
The major advantage for the customer is that they do not have to make arrangements with various parties for printer service and maintenance.
If printer maintenance or a malfunction is required, this can be reported to us and we will take care of it.
The service costs are also significantly lower due to the umbrella agreement.
European service network from Germany to Italy
To this end, we have built up an extensive European service network over the years. We now have service partners in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Italy, Belgium, and France. We are currently in talks with a service provider in Portugal on behalf of a customer.
These are all reputable and qualified service partners abroad who carry out repairs and maintenance on our behalf.
We also take care of replacing printers and multifunctional devices if necessary.
Mutual trust is, of course, very important in this regard. If there is a malfunction, we contact our foreign partner to request a repair. We determine the fastest and best solution for the customer. Because we also have our own service department, we have the flexibility to provide service abroad ourselves if this is better and faster.
